You can request permanent deletion of your MyBuyzo account and personal data at any time. Requests are reviewed by our team and processed within 30 days.
Deleted permanently
- Your login and profile (name, phone, email)
- Saved addresses and delivery pins
- Wishlist and notifications
- Reward wallet balance and referral links
- Incomplete checkout sessions
Kept in anonymized form
- Past orders and invoices (tax and accounting law)
- Subscription and payment records
- Product reviews (shown as “Deleted user”)
- Support tickets, with contact details removed
These records can no longer be linked back to you.
