Eligibility
Refunds are issued if:
- Your order is cancelled by us or fails to be delivered.
- Products delivered are damaged, spoiled or materially different from what you ordered.
- You reject perishables at the time of delivery due to quality issues.
How to Request
Raise a refund request from the Track Order page or via our Contact page within 24 hours of delivery. Please share your order ID and a photo of the affected items.
Timelines
- Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days.
- UPI / wallets: 1–3 business days to reflect.
- Cards / net banking: 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your MyBuyzo wallet or bank account.
Non-refundable
Opened perishable items where no quality issue was reported at delivery, and orders cancelled after they have been dispatched are not eligible for refund.
