You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Orders & Pricing

Prices, availability and promotions are subject to change without notice. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or unavailable inventory.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

5. Delivery

All content on MyBuyzo — logos, text, images, software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBuyzo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Siliguri, West Bengal.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MyBuyzo after changes constitutes acceptance.
