Delivery Areas

MyBuyzo currently delivers across Siliguri and nearby regions. The full list of serviceable pincodes is on our Delivery Areas page.

Delivery Timings

• Daily subscription orders are delivered every morning between 5:30 AM and 8:00 AM.
• One-off orders placed before the daily cut-off are delivered the same day.
• Delivery slots may vary based on route and demand.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges (if any) are shown on the checkout page before you pay. Orders above certain values may qualify for free delivery — check the offer banner on the home page.

Failed / Missed Delivery

If no one is available at the delivery address, our partner will attempt one retry. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being marked returned; you may be liable for restocking costs where applicable.
