This Privacy Policy explains how MyBuyzo ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you use our website, mobile app and delivery services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account details — name, email, phone number, password.
  • Delivery information — address, location coordinates, delivery instructions.
  • Order and payment details — items purchased, transaction status. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser, device model, pages visited, timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process orders, subscriptions and deliveries.
  • Provide customer support and order updates.
  • Personalize product recommendations and improve our service.
  • Detect fraud, abuse and enforce our Terms.
  • Comply with applicable laws.

3. Sharing

We share information only with delivery partners, payment processors, hosting/analytics providers and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your MyBuyzo account at any time through our public account deletion page: Delete Account. You can access this page from a web browser without installing the MyBuyzo mobile app.

Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed through our account deletion system. Once an approved request is processed, the account and applicable personal account data are permanently deleted, and active sessions associated with the deleted account are revoked.

Depending on the data type and its purpose, the following information may be deleted when an account is removed:

  • Profile and account information.
  • Saved addresses and applicable personal preferences.
  • Wishlist and notification data.
  • Reward wallet and checkout-session data.
  • Other personal account data that is not required to be retained.

Certain records may need to be retained or anonymized for legitimate accounting, tax, financial, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or security purposes. This may include order, subscription, review and support records. Where appropriate, unnecessary personal information such as name, phone number, email address, delivery address and location information is removed or anonymized from retained records.

Retained information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable legal, accounting, tax, security or other legitimate requirement, after which it is deleted or further anonymized where appropriate.

5. Your Rights

6. Security

We use industry-standard security including HTTPS, encrypted storage of credentials and role-based access controls. No online service is 100% secure — please use a strong unique password.

7. Children

MyBuyzo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app or email.
