One-off Orders

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be rejected on delivery if there is a quality issue.

Subscriptions

• You can pause or cancel a subscription any time from your Dashboard.
• Changes made before 9:00 PM apply from the next delivery day.
• Prepaid balance from a cancelled subscription is refundable to the original payment method.

We may cancel an order if items become unavailable, the address is outside our serviceable area or we detect suspected fraud. In such cases, you get a full refund automatically.
